A Finnish corporation PUMP & BRUSH FINLAND OY has instituted
among others an action against the defendants PHILIPS ORAL
HEALTHCARE, INC f/k/a OPTIVA CORPORATION, PHILIPS ORAL
HEALTHCARE WORLDWIDE SALES CORPORATION, PHILIPS ELECTRONICS
NORTH AMERICA CORP in the United States District Court, Middle
District of Florida, Tampa division, CASE NO.:
8:06-CV-01531-T-17EAJ, alleging infringement of its United
States Patent Number 5,918,995 in reference to the
IntelliCleanSystem a product jointly developed and
commercialized by PHILIPS and THE PROCTER & GAMBLE COMPANY.

PUMP & BRUSH FINLAND OY is pleased to announce that the
dispute between the aforesaid Party and PROCTER & GAMBLE
has been resolved on a mutually acceptable basis.
